This week I wanted to explore the most promising roles that are beginning to emerge in the AI economy.

We constantly hear in the news that AI is going to eliminate the jobs. But that is only half right.

While AI will eliminate many jobs, it will also CREATE many new roles.

I’m going to hone in on 8 emerging AI roles that you might not be aware of.

I’ll briefly highlight what each role entails, how much it pays, why it has potential, and some live job listings.

Even if you aren’t gunning for one of these positions yourself, it’s a good idea to be aware that they exist. Chances are, you may work with somebody in one of these roles at some point in your career.

Role 1: AI Prompt Engineer

  • Description: Specialized engineers focused on crafting, refining, and optimizing prompts to interact with advanced AI models like GPT-3 or its successors.

  • Key responsibilities:

    • Craft and refine precise prompts for optimal AI interactions.

    • Collaborate with AI teams and analyze AI responses to ensure efficiency and clarity.
